  Visited on Christmas Eve, they were busy because of their catering service but had enough staff to support two lines one each for catering and walk in orders. Chips were cold, but they replaced them very fast with fresh hot chips.

  I just went through drive-thru at the Windsor store and I've gotta tell you. I am more than disappointed. Firstly the person that served me had no customer service skills but still I ordered 2 regular tropicana boxes with drinks. I normally check my orders before leaving the window but when I was handed the order (actually it was almost thrown at me) I was told 'there you go, see you later' so I didn't exactly feel comfortable to check my order and then when I get back to the office and get to check the order mmmaaaannnnnn I would never have thought to check my chips.... I've got to ask - when did a regular size mean you only get 12 chips?? SERIOUSLY 12 chips!!!
